We want you to love your Toujours book. If something goes wrong before your book is published, we’ll make it right.

when refunds are available

We offer full refunds in the following situations before your book is submitted for publishing:

  • Technical compatibility issues
    If you’re unable to run the Toujours app on your computer and our support team can’t resolve the issue.Note: Toujours supports macOS 13.0 (Ventura) and newer.
  • Unresolvable issues creating your book
    If you encounter problems generating, editing, or previewing your book that we’re unable to fix after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • Not satisfied with the initial book generation
    If you review your first AI-generated book and decide it’s not what you were hoping for, you’re eligible for a refund—no hard feelings.

If any of the above apply, just reach out to us and we’ll take care of it.

when refunds are not available

Once you submit your book for publishing, the order becomes final.

At that point:

  • The book is sent to our print-on-demand production partner
  • Printing and fulfillment costs are immediately incurred
  • Refunds, cancellations, or changes are no longer possible

For this reason, we strongly encourage you to carefully review your book before submitting it for publishing.
